What to Expect
What happens in a session
- 1We begin by talking about what has brought you to the session and what you hope to explore. (If we have discussed that already, we will review quick summary and see if anything has changed since our last conversation)
- 2You'll be gently guided into a deeply relaxed state using guided relaxation and hypnosis techniques.
- 3You'll be supported as you explore whatever memories, images or experiences naturally arise.
- 4Throughout the session, you'll remain aware, in control and able to share your experience if you wish.
- 5We conclude by reflecting on your experience, exploring any insights and discussing how they may relate to your present life.
