6R Ascension provides complementary wellbeing, spiritual healing and personal development services, including one-to-one sessions, programmes and related digital resources, delivered both online and in person to clients based in the UK and internationally.

Data We Collect

We may collect the following personal data when you book, contact us, use this website or complete one of our forms or 6R explorations:

Name, email address and phone number (via booking and contact forms)
Session type, dates and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)
Communications you send to us
Information you choose to provide through confidential client questionnaires used for certain services
Responses you provide when completing Explore Your 6Rs™ or Your 6R Reflection™, including any optional written responses. These are processed to generate your results and are not retained in our results database once your results have been displayed and/or emailed to you. 6R Ascension™ does not receive a copy of your results.

Legal Basis (UK GDPR)

We process your data under the lawful bases of contract performance (booking management), legitimate interest (service improvement), and your consent (marketing communications and analytics).

International Data Transfers

While we work with clients based both in the UK and internationally, your personal data itself is stored within the EU/UK on secured, encrypted infrastructure. Where any service provider processes data outside the EU/UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place — such as the provider's participation in a recognised data protection framework, or standard contractual clauses approved for use under UK GDPR — so that your data continues to receive a level of protection equivalent to that under UK law.

Special Category Data

Information you choose to share with us during sessions or through our confidential client questionnaires may, in some cases, include sensitive personal information — for example, information relating to your health, mental wellbeing or emotional history. Your 6R Reflection™ also includes optional written responses where you may choose to share personal or sensitive information.

Under UK GDPR, some of this information may be treated as special category data and requires additional protection.

Where special category data is provided to 6R Ascension™ in connection with a service, we process it with your explicit consent. It is treated confidentially and is not shared with third parties except where necessary to provide our services, where you have given permission, or where required by law.

Information entered into Your 6R Reflection™ is processed to generate your results. 6R Ascension™ does not receive a copy of your Reflection results, and they are not retained in our results database once your results have been displayed and/or emailed to you.

You may withdraw your consent to our processing of special category data at any time by contacting us, although this may affect our ability to provide certain services.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

Retention

We only retain personal data for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.

Booking and payment records: retained for 7 years in line with applicable tax and accounting requirements.
Communications: retained for up to 3 years.
Confidential client questionnaires: responses are retained to support the services you receive. We review these records annually in December. During this review, questionnaire responses are deleted where the client has not had a session or contacted 6R Ascension™ in relation to our services for seven months or more.
Explore Your 6Rs™ and Your 6R Reflection™: responses and results are processed for the purpose of generating your results. Once your results have been displayed and/or emailed to you, they are not retained in our results database and 6R Ascension™ does not receive a copy.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to any legal obligation we may have to retain certain records.

Third Parties

We use third-party service providers to help us operate our website and provide our services, including:
- Stripe — payment processing. We do not store, see or handle your card details.
- Google Calendar — scheduling.
- Google Forms — secure collection and storage of confidential client questionnaire responses used in connection with certain services.
- Resend — email delivery, including sending your 6R results to you where requested.
- Vercel — website hosting and the infrastructure used to process and generate your 6R results.
These providers process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection requirements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for site function and optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) with your consent. You can manage your preferences at any time via the cookie banner.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, misuse, loss or disclosure. These measures include serving our website over HTTPS, using secure third-party service providers and restricting access to personal data to those who need it.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
