By accessing this website, using Explore Your 6Rs™ or Your 6R Reflection™, making a booking or purchasing a Service, you agree to these Terms.

Definitions

“6R Ascension™”, “I”, “me” and “my” refer to the owner and operator of 6R Ascension™.

“Client”, “you” and “your” refer to any individual who visits this website, uses our reflection tools, books or participates in a Service.

“Services” means any one-to-one session, programme, workshop, course, consultation or digital offering provided by 6R Ascension™.

“Reflection Tools” means Explore Your 6Rs™ and Your 6R Reflection™, which are provided for personal reflection and self-exploration.

Eligibility

Services are intended for adults aged 18 years or over. By booking a Service, you confirm that you are at least 18, the information you provide is accurate, and you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

Bookings & Payment

Appointments, workshops and programmes must be booked through the official online booking system. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and a confirmation email issued. All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) unless stated otherwise, and payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers — we do not store your card details. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where reasonably necessary.

Attendance & Session Timings

Please be ready to begin at your scheduled appointment time, whether online or in person — sessions begin and end at the agreed time. Full details on late arrival and technical issues are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Client Responsibilities

By booking a Service, you agree to:

provide accurate booking information
attend appointments at the agreed time
behave respectfully during all interactions
use the Services responsibly and follow any reasonable guidance provided before or during a session
respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants where applicable

Recording of Sessions

Recording and photography during sessions are not permitted except with prior written consent, as set out in our Website Disclaimer.

Intellectual Property & Digital Content

The 6R Ascension™ Process, Explore Your 6Rs™, Your 6R Reflection™, together with all associated concepts, frameworks, questions, written materials, exercises, recordings, meditations, videos, branding and website content, are the intellectual property of 6R Ascension™ unless otherwise stated and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

Any materials or digital content provided to you — including course materials, downloads and recordings — are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, publish, adapt, upload, sell, teach or commercially use these materials without prior written permission.

Where login details are provided for digital content, these are for your personal use and must not be shared with others.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access to systems or data, interfere with website functionality, introduce malicious software, or use website content for unlawful purposes.

Privacy & Nature of Services

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Online Sessions

For online appointments, you are responsible for ensuring a suitable internet connection, a working camera and microphone where required, and a private environment in which you feel comfortable participating.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales. Subject to those rights, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Service.

We may update our Services, programmes, prices, website content or these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
